Shannon Riley is the Founder and CEO of S.O.Z. Management LLC. The company was founded in April of 2023. I started the company in hopes to better my future for me as well as for my two daughters. Being a single mother, I realized that I needed a change and wanted better for my daughters. I have been in health care for over 20 years and have been in the Behavioral Health field for roughly 3 years now. The positions I have held include, Intake Specialist, BHT and BHT Supervisor as well as billing. I have been a caregiver, C.N.A, and a medical assistant, which I hold a diploma in.

The objective of S.O.Z. Management LLC is to streamline and simplify the billing process for the Behavioral Health industry. S.O.Z. Management objective is to become an innovative force in the billing industry. Our objective is to simplify the billing process for clients and patients alike. Our software is designed to use an algorithm that detects fraud. S.O.Z. Management LLC objective is to see better mental health care and management in the billing sector in the behavioral health sector. S.O.Z. Management LLC mission is to become a leader and innovator in the behavioral health industry. Our mission is to streamline and simplify the billing process, through our innovative software technology. Our software, along with our experience allows us to save costs and time which we then pass along directly to our clients and patients. When often time and money matter most S.O.Z. Management LLC mission is to answer the call.
